I am not sure why Eco didnt release TR1 this morning, a major sharholder must have been selling since last Wednesday so we should get TR1 at some point today - (Three days from the day their holding reaches or falls below a given threshold - disclosure and transparency rule) .

As soon as the major sharholder is out and the selling pressure fades, we'll see good share price recovery here (and at tlw) back up from the oversold zone.

Further to this, the CEO said that the oil in Hammerhead is not only heavier than what is contained in Liza Phase One but also that in Phase Two and its potentially third field development project, Payara. “…

But at the end of the day, it is very much commercial,” the CEO added.

Berenberg Bank, one of the world’s largest multinational investment banks, has already stated that Exxon’s Hammerhead discovery in the Stabroek Block holds 800M net recoverable resources, with the Orinduik Block operator poised to cash in when production comes on stream."

At the beginning of the podcast he said they will drill ‘at least’ two wells.. at least two doesn’t mean only two !

If you listen to the podcast again and watch last week’s interviews .. he mentioned 4 wells on several occasions so as he said, drilling 2 wells has been confirmed for early 2020 and the rest towards the end of the year .. anyway they will publish their drilling targets and budgets in January (listen to the podcast from @5:15)

“ but in these latest poscasts/interviews i believe he said were funded for 2 more wells , so 2 less than originally planned?”

He mentioned in the podcast that they have funds to ‘easily’ drill 4 more wells next year if needed, each well costs around 4m and they already have 20m to drill 4 wells if needed (@ 5:15 from the interview) .. so the plan is to ‘start’ with drilling two wells early 2020.

Re ECO Oil & Gas #ECO Spoke with a market participant this morn with a large holding who was suprisingly upbeat re Wed's RNS and the severe market reaction. He's expecting a sharp rebound. Company roadshowing next week we believe too. Looking for a run back towards 80p.

I think we'll be back above 60 before eod - RSI is under 12% which means ECO is extremely oversold and ready to show some recovery very soon
