We know that Harry is keen to provide a one off dividend sooner rather than later (from his latest interview) as a 'reward' for long suffering shareholders. Don't forget Harry will massively benefit given the number of shares he has accumulated over the years. I suppose you cannot criticise his evident self interest....

The 2 banks will be signing their documents before next Tuesday (as per the RNS) and this will be key to the sign off of the whole package. Sign off (for me) mid to end of next week. FOMO might kick in today and who would want ot be out of this over the weekend kust in case THE RNS drops first thing Monday.......

This relatively minor re rate of the SP is just the hors d'oeuvres. Just wait until the main course, the finance sign off expected shortly. We'll probably be too full for a pudding!

Both Banks will sign off by next Tuesday (RNS: 'sign the formal commitment of the project loan facilities within the coming week'). Then there is the sequencing of the other signs off as per the RNS. End of next week would be my guess but, hey, it is so close you can almost taste it!!

Buying sub 2p is pretty much guaranteed a profit on finance sign off imo. And that sign off is expected imminently....

Looks like someone is continuing to offload. Getting tedious.....
