The Equity has to be signed off after the banks approval hence no RNS for the whole package until later this week. AIMO

Banks are due to sign off tomorrow latest according to the RNS. Bankers and lawyers signing in London, that is what Harry said in his latest interview, so would make sense to me.

Nice £26k buy from earlier. Folks taking their positions ahead of news....

As Llamas post demonstrates we are in a key newsflow period when transformational partnership news could drop any time and a re rate of the SP will follow......

Won't need many sales to see the SP of a sub £6M mcap company soar. They seem to on a journey to gain a decent foothold in the USA. Definitely worth a punt at this level imo despite the negativity of some posters here. I remember investing in IMM and MAST at a fractional of todays SPs when there was an awful lot of negativity about so I would say, do you own research and make your own decisions about investing....

Dundee, in my (lengthy) experience all logic on how a share price is going to react to news goes out of the window on AIM. Lots of peeps will be looking for their 20% whilst a number of LTHs will be slicing. I had assumed a small increase this week to 1.5p and then 2p+ on the day of sign off. As the mine gets built and we near production the income/profits generated will justify a complete re rate of the SP to a level of some of the (higher) figures referenced on the bb. GL, not that we need it after finance sign off....

2p+ on sign off this week imo. The 2 Banks will have signed off their $240M by Tuesday followed by the Equity risk capital. I'm expecting the RNS confirming Project finance approval by the end of the week but it could be earlier if the banks have already signed. Almost time to get excited and looking forward to posting 'Boom!'🚀

RNS 30 Sept 2025: Debt facility: The expanded facility of US$240 million, which has been formally offered by the co-lenders and accepted by KEFI and its local subsidiaries, is expected to be signed within the coming week. Detailed facility and account opening documentation will then be executed as we complete arrangements with the proposed investors of equity-risk capital.

Equity-risk capital: The US$100 million is being assembled primarily at the subsidiary company level. A significant portion has already been secured, with US$20 million from the Government of Ethiopia, US$10 million already invested by KEFI and c.US$10 million of KEFI share participation post-closing in respect of closing fees and costs. The remaining US$60 million is currently being finalised and KEFI has received conditional proposals that exceed this amount.

Needs to be good to justify his comment about the 'awesome' asset. SP will soar if the drilling results endorse that view ana a mcap of sub £5M will be a dot in the rear view mirror.....

Peeps will be happy with their 100% whilst the 'big boys' are going to clean up with mega returns.

The window of opportunity to buy cheap shares is closing. Next week will be a lot of fun for holders. Not so much for those carping from the sidelines....
