The RNS confirming Banks' 'approval' of the equity element of the finance package will see the first significant jump in the SP imo. This will effectively be the approval of the full finance package and that is what we are all waiting for. Harry clearly believes its a done deal as he is now overseeing the actual planning and structure of the team to get the mine built.....

Tremendous potential of early cancer detection, just need the foot on the accelerator. Mcap tiny at £6M!

Won't take much buying to really propel the SP up towards 2p.......

Well, we've seen what can happen to a share price on news that the market likes. IMM went from sub 2p to 18p in 4 weeks. No reason why that couldn't happen here. You pays your money.......

5 Nov 25 RNS: Letter of Intent ("LOI") with a leading medical diagnostic services provider (the "Provider") acting in partnership with the NHS. The LOI covers the verification and validation of the Company's CIZ1B biomarker test with a NHS Foundation Trust partner in state-of-the-art laboratories which may lead to the Provider being appointed as the Company's exclusive UK supplier of the CIZ1B test.

· Commercial Launch: In August 2025, following progress achieved at their pathfinder lab, BIO realigned their accreditation and market launch strategy with a new multi-site clinical laboratory, enabling a much wider co-ordinated and comprehensive campaign to roll out the CIZ1B biomarker test in North America. Omni Health Diagnostics ("Omni") announced in September 2025 that the roll out programme will be nationwide in at least six states with potential further expansion. This demonstrates how BIO intends to scale its operations to meet expected demand in the USA.

· Moffitt Cancer Center Collaboration: On 9 September 2024, the Group was selected by Moffitt Cancer Center ("Moffitt"), Florida's leading cancer hospital, to test patients with suspicious lung nodules in a clinical evaluation using the Group's proprietary CIZ1B biomarker assay. Since then, Moffitt has been recruiting patients and collecting blood samples to ship to the University of York. We expect samples to be received shortly and testing to begin in Q4 2025. This important study to test patients for the presence of the CIZ1B Biomarker is part of a major clinical evaluation for suspected lung cancer patients.

Short term finances seem secure with the financial support from Frazer Lang and the 'guaranteed' royalties of $2.4M to be paid by December this year ($530K received by Nov 2025)

Current Bid 3.33p and ask 4.33p. MMs hardly encouraging any business!

This was a terrific 'gamble' last week at 3.83p. Spike up to 5p and now on the way back down. All about timing your investment/trade.....

Yep, plenty to look forward to here this year. Hopefully AIM admission and Rost production update in the next few weeks.....

Harry didn't really spend any time on the financing structure/approval (done deal!), it was more about our plans to monetise our assets to bring great value to shareholders. I still think a number of potential investors are on the sidelines awaiting that FULL finance sign off RNS. Could drop anytime....

25M trade from yesterday. I suspect it was a buy as the SP was propelled higher......

The way Harry was talking yesterday he clearly assumes that the Banks' will sign off the equity element of the funding package (verbal approval already received?) 'shortly'. This completes the financing jigsaw and the focus can then turn to building a mine and making some money!

Our share of the Saudi assets might then get a turn in the sun. So much to look forward to now after many years waiting patiently....

We had a Seller who helped push the SP down from 0 4p to 0.23p. Hopefully those shares are in sticky hands as we push back up up to 0.4p, helped by the regular (positive) updates from the BoD...

A few decent buys and folks looking forward to the next piece of the jigsaw being put in place.....

Years of missed deadlines and delays through Covid, civil war, corruption etc has tested the patience of investor here. BUT, we now appear on the cusp of building a mine that, with surging gold prices, is going to deliver mind blowing returns to shareholders. Could easily be sitting here this time next year with a SP of 5p+ if we progress as planned. Very exciting for those invested (less so for those carping from the sidelines 🤣)
