With the gold price rise showing no signs of slowing down the penny is finally going to drop here. The SP could easily multibag from here in short order when the full sign off RNS drops in the next week or 2. Strap in tight guys.....

Looks like the finance package is a done deal (official sign off next couple of weeks). What I thought was interesting in the 21 Jan RNS was the final sentence and what our (detailed) plans might be for the use of these (additional) funds. Saudi linked?

RNS: 'Signing of the fully integrated final funding package remains on track for February 2026. Additional offerings of this type, which are not dilutive at the plc or asset level, totalling $36 million are being considered to potentially boost cash reserves, which in turn would also fund exploration and social programmes.'

Let us hope that if/when a t/o becomes an issue we are much closer to production with an SP north of 5p. In the meantime we have a mine to build and gold to sell.....

Let's focus on getting the mine built (I'm assuming finance is now a done deal!) and making a shedload of money 💰 🤑

Shareholders got shafted in SHG. Any sale at less than 5p would be a 'disaster' for holders given the quality of our TK and Saudi assets and gold continuing it's rise. Hold strong Harry!!

Biggest 'challenge' for LTHs (imo) is not selling out too soon. My biggest (trading) regret was buying BMN at 1.87p and selling at 3p and then watching as the SP spiked at 50p. Ouch!

I suspect the 'herd' will arrive after full finance sign off and then be paying 3p+.....

Could this be the week the placing overhang is done and the SP is free to move up towards 2p pre full finance sign off.....

The timescales have been very dependant on the Banks. They have now signed off on the $240M and everything else seems pretty straight forward. Final sign off by the end of next week (latest) imo. Lets get building a mine and get that cash rolling in.....
