I can sell 5M shares (pre NT) with barclays at 0.2421p. Is our seller interested?

Buying at this level is an absolute gift, but worried our seller might push the price lower. Conundrum!

Yep, absolutely no incentive to buy until it drops to sub 0 2p imo. 0.2421p to sell just before the close.....

The SP of my only other small cap investment seems to be on the runway ready for take off. Potentially even more money to invest here in the short/medium term....

No rush for me as long term hold but would add significantly more if the MMs drop the SP to sub 0.2p......

Banks approval AND formal sign off also clinched the deal for me. The rest is tidying up the (oversubscribed) equity portion. Great times ahead for shareholders!

Only the Saudi JV. not expecting anything else from Saudi at this stage. It's all about TK until full finance sign off.....

Can only sell 500k shares so our 5M seller will either have to wait or accept a (much) lower price. I think we will see an absence of buyers until the position becomes clearer....

I'd rather they drop the SP to sub 0.2p than buy anymore until the seller has finished. Otherwise just funding their sales/profits. Expecting the SP to drop later.....

Harry's focus should be 100% on TK finance closure. Everything else can wait a couple of weeks imo.....

Official confirmation of the Saudi JV with AJ Lan Group would certainly create some buying interest that could take the SP up towards 2p...

It's a brave (foolish?) play to try to trade this now as we are literally days from full finance sign off. That RNS will blow the doors off the SP and probably send us to the moon 🚀 👩‍🚀

Yep, 8 years here so kefi holders certainly know the meaning of patience!

The BoD will continue to progress the multiple irons in the fire, the seller will run out of shares to sell and the SP will be free to reflect fair value (which isn't sub £20M mcap imo!)
