Just logged in and quick scan of RNS. Can't readily see that TK FULL finance package is signed off? Will read detail later. More BS form Harry?

What is not helpful is Harry consistently sharing information with TW that is not available to us shareholders! We know it happens and it is clear that an RNS will be released to us very shortly. Today's price/trade action suggests that shareholders won't be impressed with the news eg further delays. Anything else eg takeover , would be a real kick in the nuts for LTHs on the cusp of making real money here

Sell price of 1.3310p fairly constant this morning despite the apparent movement displayed.

I recall IMM going from sub 2p to 18p in 4 weeks sparked by some news so we know the SP can really take off with these small caps...

The BoD has already said that Q1 is going to be a news rich period. Anyone of our current activities could prove a catalyst for a re rate of the SP. Looking forward to 1p+ here this year.....

RNS 16 Oct 2025: Together with the Company's existing resources, the proceeds will enable Solvonis to broaden its research and development activities, deepening its work within addiction and psychiatry while extending early discovery into neurology, establishing a unified focus on high-burden CNS diseases across three strategic pillars: addiction, psychiatry, and neurology.

Through this investment, Solvonis will:

· Continue advancing its clinical and pre-clinical programmes across these CNS pillars;

· Expand the reach of its CNS drug-discovery programme, which integrates computational chemistry, predictive modelling, and laboratory validation to identify and optimise novel small-molecule modulators relevant across its three pillars; and

· Strengthen internal R&D and translational capabilities to enable deeper evaluation of new targets and mechanisms addressing the unmet needs driving the world's most high-burden CNS disorders.

This fundraise marks the first step in implementing Solvonis' expanded three-pillar CNS strategy and provides a foundation for continued scientific, clinical, and partnering progress across the Company's diversified pipeline.

As per the 22 Dec 2025 RNS, I was 'expecting' an update early in the New Year even if the overall finance package was not signed off until towards the end of the month. Should be interesting and (hopefully) enlightening.....

'We now trigger KEFI's development chapter in Ethiopia for commissioning first production in 2027 and full production as from 2028. We will concurrently advance our large pipeline of projects which advance at various stages. A string of milestones lies ahead on that score, which we will set out shortly.'

Really don't understand why folks would be selling now given we're on the cusp of news on numerous fronts and we have Professor Nutt appearing in national tv explaining how transformative our approach could be in providing treatments in key problem areas

Just caught the end of an interview with Prof David Nutt on BBC 1 national lunchtime news about psychedelic drugs including keatmine. They referred to current research (ours?!) and potential relaxation of current regulations. Very interesting and potential game changer for Solvonis?
