If Roland had any positive information to share with shareholders he would have done so. One can only conclude that he was 'forced' by Selan to accept the deal. Hasn't helped that he has overseen a catastrophic decline of 90% in the share price since the signing of the JV. The old man needs to be put out to pasture....
