We do seem to attract a range of misfits, and bitter ex holders who have lost money here over the years, who have a very limited repertiore for discussion (placing and conflict). Hopefully they will go away when the deal is signed.

I expect the BoD and the project partners are extremely busy getting this deal across the line. We'll soon find out and hopefully the next RNS will be a game changer for the company & LTHs.......

Roland is either totally incompetent (not out of the question given events over the past 18 months lol) or he has a cunning plan to maximise shareholder returns (he holds over 200M shares!). The figures (mcap versus the 'deal') just don't make any sense....

It is pretty unbelievable to be sitting here with an mcap of £3M when Selan are paying the company $14M for total ownsrship of Cambay. Selan must 'know' there is a good chance they'll make multiples of this in the future. Roland ought to either get a better deal or retain our interest in the JV......

I'm not sure whether approval is determined by a simple majority or whether the company needs to obtain, say, 75% of the total votes. Could be interesting if it is the latter. Is there a better deal to be negotiated?

Only just noticed how far the SP has dropped here and well below the Placing price. Easy 10-20% to be made from here imo....

You can understand Harry giving himself wiggle room by saying September given the history here. Didn't appear to be any further hurdles to overcome so, in my view, the RNS could drop anytime......
