The final 50% payment could well be received well into 2027. What a mess! Thank you Roland for your dedicated service and for the benefits you have brought to shareholders over the past 18 months ( 😭) but, yes, we do (reluctantly 🤣) accept your resignation with immediate effect. Close the door on the way out....

We may not have seen the worst yet?! The next Selan payment might be well into 2026. What happens then as we run out of cash. What if that is the Selan strategy? They have dragged their feet from the start of the JV. I'm sure Roland will continue taking his remuneration (for what exaxtly?). Worrying times.....

Selan has been granted exclusivity for 180 days during which Synergia and Selan are to finalise a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") prior to requesting Government of India ("GoI") approval for the transfer of the remaining 50% working interest in Cambay PSC to Selan.

The SP has retraced after the latest (RNS) update. Mcap still under £6M!

BIO has entered into a new agreement with multi-site full scale COLA and CLIA accredited laboratory group to launch the Company's CIZ1B biomarker test throughout the USA.

As part of agreed advance exclusivity and royalty fees, BIO paid an early payment of US$125,000 to the Company bringing total receipts to date of US$525,000 of the guaranteed advance payments of US$2.4m. The Company and BIO have now agreed to a new regular payment schedule that will result in all remaining advance royalties being received by the end of 2026

Still an mcap of nearly £8M so bottom probably not reached yet. This seling has to be a worry to holders as well as an imminent fund raise seemingly an inevitability. In today's market a raise close to 1p would not be a surprise.....
