I think there are 12 partner signatures required for finance sign off so that is going to take a while. I suspect the signings have now commenced. Anyone fancy 1p+ prior to sign off next month? (or maybe sign off late this month?!)

RNS: Definitive Documentation:

· Has been drafted and is in circulation.

· Both co-lending banks have now approved the expanded US$240 million finance package at credit committee level. One bank has also completed board ratification, while the other is currently in the process of doing so.

· Board meetings for KEFI, KME and TKGM (the joint Board of KEFI and the Ethiopian Sovereign Fund, Federal Ministry of Finance and the Oromia Regional Government) are scheduled in sequence during August 2025 for signing of all documents. Other parties are expected to then proceed to countersign according to their respective board schedules.

Ouch! I don't understand why Roland's job isn't on the line? So who is accoutable for this fiasco? Same seems to be the case in all aspects of our lives atm. Bosses like the big bucks & bonuses but nobody is responsible/accountable when things go wrong. Lessons will be learnt, training put in place blah, blah, blah....🤣

£12,300 spent, sell at 0.0195p returns £11,700 so 'losing' £600 atm. Although do accept that is much better position than a lot of holders....

The more you dig in to this sh*t show the more you realise what a completely useless CEO Roland is/has been. How on earth can this guy even start to justify any kind of remuneration given his performance over the past 18 months. Even Selan must have thought there is no way they are going to work with this moron. The fact that Roland won't even talk to shareholders, although not a surprise, is nevertheless disgusting. 90% decline in the share price since the JV was signed is indefensible!
