My point is Bolivian Lithium mining is completely undeveloped .. Yes it's a vast deposit but it will take years to develop the infra structure to be able to get it to market .....Because of its location ..

Chile is in a way better position

Mining Lithium at 5000Metres in Bolivia and transporting (on very poor infrastructure) it to sea level Ports for Export is very expensive & years away !!
