Hi all,
Thought id Venture a thought on the warrants being its a mechanism we will undoubtedly have to reconcile with, one ive had experience as undoubtedly others have too and their varying degrees of beneficial experiences on other stocks.
When it first came to my attention a slight pessimism arose, but on reflection and understanding of our set up im starting to see its added benefit. Given the ongoing need for operational financing the options for early exploration mining vary.
1, Fund raising placings. These are always negative, slowly decease SP, dilution and often misused shares in hands of Traders, share lenders/shorters and added Volitily.
2, institutional/investment managers or firms. Usually large percentage holdings at specific prices that raise funds for short periods and suit the holder than the shareholder short term.
3, Warrants. This option, under a financing backer gives us dilution but at a fair, managed premium to its holder who will sell on to interested parties whilst maintaining cash flow for operational use.
Given we are at the start, Cerro Negro Drilling, Vuida magnetic testing and our new location to begin work the warrants will have a meaningful effect given the lack of volume and demand at this early stage.
The further these sites garner much needed progress, provide beneficial results the less effective the warrants will be, given the demand and appetite to sell to investors will grow keeping a stable change of hands to its investor share base.
So the conclusion im getting is we have entered a structure that should be of added benefit over a long period of results, progress and the dilution will become minimal to its long term Asset valuations.
