Discussions, to which all discussions, avenues and trials entered have simply failed in a 12 month period. The fact they came back a year later, promoting discussions isn't enough for my continuing involvement, if it's that good, then discussions should have been going well, I'd be concerned it's less the product and more the company's management team and how they are seen within the industry, that's preventing this success.

I think they have form, and financially driven not patient and health driven.

If we go off the company's stated Development Plan 2024/2025 a stated mineral esitmate should be planned for H2 2025. Whether that can be sped up, or hit difficulties is always hard to gauge. I'd say with good financing, our excellent team and the impression they have given past 12 months I'd say we would be in and around that target.

If it's concerning conversations arose currently regarding potential majors buying, it's debatable if they see enough prior to try and aquire it in haste above competition or it is 100% necessary before anyone steps in.

Or none of the above, and it really becomes Shauns signature career defining story.

I'll be honest I only really get into discussions or disagreements with smart, credible people, you can take that as a compliment. They see reason, can elevate the conversation to a mutual understanding and an agreeable conclusion.

Thanks for what I assume was concern, but you needn't worry about my finances or portfolio decision making. I'm always capable of keeping things in check, I must have missed your post I've only been present there these last few weeks on the build up to what was an epic failure in management of what I considered last year a fantastic product they had manufactured. Once RNS landed prior to opening I duly made my exit prior to the last few days obliterated SP.

I've been honest about my trading exploits on Nasdaq throughout, becoming somewhat of a magpie regarding opportunist swing trades, so 3 trade days gave recuperated 86% to this point. I'll likely break even, or on surplus by weeks end.

The investment amount and any additional profit, like all my profits and free cash will be invested here as always, this is my only AIM holding currently, I'll discount TM1 as it accounts to barely 2% of my portfolio and consider it dead to me. Till somehow it miraculously turns around. But either way, it's not of huge concern. It's pretty much wrote off, but difficult to shift due to my choice of trade platform.

PHE, I'm still a follower of its progress but reservations remain so I'm yet to decide on any reinvesting till there is plausible evidence it's still an opportunity. The new outfit, ceo and direction seem steady, but shaking off past discretions and visible SP performance issues I'll just watch from the sidelines for now.

EEE, is my main focus but the BB not my priority due to friction and impasse between members and myself. If that's my character, attitude or the behaviour of posters its up for debate I'll just continue to post sporadically as I choose, given my holding and sentiment towards my investment.

I'll try not to respond to any belligerent nonsense from certain individuals, and simply muse posts if and when credible more sensible and appropriate behaved investors feel free to discuss.

DrAl, when the news broke of the case being dismissed it had a decent amount of interest and certainly boosted the sp, I'd say it was by many taken as a given it was awarded and a formality in us receiving it. So it's potentially factored in, but it's an important step when it comes to negotiations with customers to have the official document to provide. I think a 50% increase from here, would have been a trade opportunity and perhaps best avoided. Having a solid position to sit isn't a bad thing, too much volatility leading up to testing wouldn't be of benefit

Red, a classic tale really, no one ever gets me. So interpreting me is probably challenging, everyone falls out fella or disagrees. Have I ever ripped into you, called you Dumb for your opinions? Been in constant disagreement? Or called you anything untoward without reason?
