Today,

Critical Metals ($CRML) said Tuesday it will adopt bitcoin as a primary asset in its treasury program.

The company said that, under a convertible note deal led by JBA Asset Management, it may have access to up to $500 million to buy bitcoin, with $100 million closing in the first tranche.

The first tranche of $100 million was issued with 100% warrant coverage, the company said, adding the other tranches of up to $400 million at the buyers discretion will have 50% warrant coverage.

The convertible notes are mainly secured by the cash raised and any potential bitcoin that is acquired, the company said, adding the notes are convertible into common shares at a fixed conversion price of $6 per share and the warrants are convertible at $7.

This will drop to $6, then see a rise over gradually, hopefully in time for us

I'm not focusing too much on the sums, and crml are quite volatile right now with news regarding their endeavours into bitcoin today providing spikes not sustained on open market. Ill let the market and community digest their news, and who knows it could be above $10 at that point. But as I said, quite volatile at current

There are a lot of factors at play here, a lot of moving parts that need to go well, that are out of our control by third parties, creditors behaviour around these when navigating them etc.

If all goes well, and these are navigated with good intentions from all sides, well as buried Treasure says, they just continue to be crap, but on the other side of this is a fully operational business, with feedstock, feedstock suppliers growing and a proposal period from glencore for offtake, that if goes well from our end could become a full collaboration between them on our product. We have to deliver, but we are getting the suppliers.

AND as we speak, Critical metals hits $9.7

We won't know the full figure yet, many factors will detrimental and determine that outcome, but it will be an added source of income to ease the burden and give us breathing room and options.

I will attest, I've not ready much of his content as he hasn't been here all that long and I agree, some findings have been misinterpreted to what I've read into myself.

Artic, has investested in other stocks i have, and I'm certainly in the mindset of helping people that arguing with others.

Unfortunately not here, I can only give you my balanced view, that I believe in positives, very aware of downfalls spoken by opposing views and their credibility but for others to weigh up on their own.

If I was a new investor, I would likely resist and not encourage others as there are better opportunities out there

But I'm a LTH, who has took it this far and will see it out

Most of your posts are taken with a pinch of salt, I've defended you in past and said you're harmless. Thats not an insult, you are who you are, you don't take all this too seriously, try pretend your clever, or abuse people who are.

You just be who you are, there is nothing wrong with that. It's why, even tho you throw the odd thing my way, I have no ill will to you personally. You seem a decent enough bloke, who is trying to find investments but have neither the time, or the energy to look fully into them. And that's OK, you rely on credible people to try give you balanced views, and hopefully made smart decisions.
