I've invested before, mainly period swings but give up the Ghost on it. In comparison to others its got huge potential but its Cash negative has forever hampered it. One person once said to, why Ocado it never makes any money, my reply was im not interested in it making money, im interested in it making me money.

After it joined forces with Marks and Spencer I expected it to benefit, had it on my watchlist and even though M&S strengthened that just continously declined.

So I said to Badland earlier in year, it ever drops below £2.50 im biting the Bullet its a Strong Buy for me. Thats far too low, for something still growing, reducing costs and making mergers. I bought in at 2.29, then once it produced its first cash positive earnings in Donkeys, clearly the M&S partnership starting to feed thtough i sold here and went all in, averaged up but at £2.67 and im happy to hold all year.

The Company currently has 361,467,500 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in issue ("Existing Ordinary Shares"). The proposal is that each Existing Ordinary Share is to be subdivided into 1 New Ordinary Share of £0.0001 and 9 B Deferred Shares of £0.0001. The New £0.0001 Ordinary Shares will be consolidated on a 1 for 10 basis into 1 New Ordinary Share of £0.001 and the B Deferred Shares will be consolidated on a 1 for 10 basis into 325,320,750 B Deferred Shares.

B Deferred shares are also subject to 1 to 10 consolidation so sit at 32.5 million set aside for Directors and staff pending milestones.

These LTI are not calculated into my equation on Class A Ordinary shares.

I agree, if you listen to the interview with Ceo on YouTube they see the RANA project in Norway of nothing short of a early failure. Finland is an Inferred recourse so how reliable its outcome. The decision to get funding, and go big or go home the expression goes it admirable but Risky, but I see the moves they are making, little bits through the grapevine this could have some legs. But for this to push 200% it will require real tangible progress now with the Uranium.

What are you talking about? Who has said 2/3p your putting in words in my mouth, ive not given any forecasted SP at all. Talking about warrants, and dilution well.... why wouldnt I. I don't know where it lands, it will depend on the strength of the share base and how high the sentiment is and the demand for the shares. Which as you can see from large purchases are highly sought, a notion I have brought up loads before you arrived. And if you must know, im looking to buy soon enough as I said last week, I was gauging this weeks warrant dump to see its effects as there is no rush and will be looking at this long term but dont want to be here more than I have to be.

Alan there isn't inherently anything wrong with this stock. I've never called it a scam, and when people have here ive offered thoughts against that.

I've also never called a SP here, 100% never called 2p or bottom etc. Im actually interested in investing long term, thats why im not buying as times been on my side as their issuing warrants so im confused why people are touchy on the subject or in denial ir expecting me to buy or keep quiet. Where are you getting over 800 million from?

It clearly states that after consolidation there was 36,146,750 of Ordinary shares

And with that 750 millions warrants was handed out.

Now excluding everything else, options etc

That takes Ordinary share amount to 786,146,750

The amount of Ordinary shares on this latest batch makes 634,351,709

Leaving 151,805,041 unanswered for.

Your 300 million, is codswallop unless your doing yoyr usual, leaving out details and assuming we know.

But from my perspective, thats what was begun after consolidation. 750 million was handed out, thats whats in existence on Ordinary shares.

So simple math would say thats left
