Its why I dont get on with people at times, as for starters I'd never promote a stock to someone without first doing my absolute homework and having utter belief, if I even have half a slithering it's risky or not clear cut. I simply won't even mention it, so ones I have mentioned in the past 6 months have all give returns. HOVR, I told everyone about at $0.55. Thats been up over 400%.

There are plenty, I just wouldn't offer people because its not my money to risk.

If your in the mindset of having to wait for warrants to be gone, and it gets to some 2p touted suggestion then I don't know why. I personally don't see it ever hitting 2p, thats becoming evident and I personally have never said it would.

No they are not required to sell unless they hold over 2.99%. So they can easily hold 2.5% of 2p ordinary shares for however long they please.

I assure you they have to, but they dont have to sell them. Certainly at this point, given the amount remaining. The only requirements are, they can not hold over 2.99% either singular or between them

No, they don't but an agreement is an agreement. So you hand out warrants in an agreement signed into an Equity Raise and what? Refuse to then not exersize them? I get people would love that to be the case, they will, and have an obligation too. In their interests as beyond the expiry date they either become worthless but details in the deal means warrant holders are liable to the unexersized warrants.

But if your talking about selling on those shares, well their not obliged to do so. They paid for them, 3p average and selling, forward selling or holding them is at their discretion. But they will be exersized regardless
