Coal is a Billion upon Billion dollar business, it wouldnt be watched to go under or fall into wrong hands as its critical to Canadas needs so yes 3 Billion is the price, for an asset ran.so bad for its shareholders it was folding in sideways

And research shows me that John Byrnes sold it, but it was broken up into a number of different sections, plc, Ltd etc and on its backside and got bought out and all LTH lost thousands and only ones profited rode the deal.

I don't know how the RNS looks to you, but let's see the facts.

You have bought a company 62% who are on the bones of their backside.

That company also owns percents of other mining outfits, on the bones of their ass.

The Company is doing a MET1 consolidation, warrant structure.

So how many of these shareholders in these companies filtering down through ownership all believe that this is all positive?

This is borrowing from Peter, to pay Paul, who owes to Steve who has borrowed from John type of stuff.

When i come here, i looked really hard into this company. I didn't like what I saw then, and even more convinced now.

It was a flip between this, and Cobra which i said here was great opportunity at 2p per share, well run, well backed, great location.

Thats like 300% up now, yet here you lot still are fighting the good battle, Red day after red day.

James lifestyle wont change, what's 25 quid for a coke snorting Bum!! But some are confused here, and I can see why.

The market reflects today's news, bizzare move. A company with millions upon millions of shares, at 0.1 (Aus Dollars as well) doing a consolidation to artificially pump the stock and ill assume to warrants wont be subject to it? Look out for Ads on them.

But for me, this operation stinks. Ill use my instincts here, and hope people invest wisely 🙏

Good luck. But im not stupid, but I guess this is how the "You will own Nothing, be happy begins" millions of investors anchored their pensions and life's savings to these schemes that make billions of critical minerals supplies and energy but leaves a new generation footing the bill.
