It feels like their working in laison with others, topping up short falls in their projects funding. I mean that last acquisition, the Company itself has over 50% ownership of 3 others, and percentages in a few others. Now I get its not Darwinian to have shares, or warrants in another company as sometimes that can be a way of settling debt or transactions but buying one, who owns others and its all built in shareholders who are not receiving any progress or assurances from the board.

I don't like it, I really liked the Uranium wyoning venture in principle. But you half sense its just a flashy punt, as exploration firms need to be serious and hard at it for these too succeed

It will undoubtedly have good moments, and run on pumps, herds arrive and opportunity to cash in and even make profit.

But as investments go, its risky as hell, and I see far better more secure ventures better run with clearer direction.

Its not that I think its a big con, I just don't like the set up. And don't fancy holding this bugger to find out.

You can time stamp the tine, date and price to.summarise if its a sell or buy, from the price of sells and buys around the time it was enacted. Some are difficult if spread is tight, but to be honest I spend zero time looking at trades only when I plan on purchases and target prices

I gave my thoughts this morning on the and the subsequent RNS, im told im not needed but in brief I wasn't impressed.

Buying a controlling ownership of a company unable to fund its operations, that also holds controlling stakes in other drab poorly funded company's that 1 or 2 undoubtedly own stakes in others smacks a Pyramid Scheme for the top brass in the critical minerals and energy sector moving on from big oil.

Id be interested if we are top of the Pyramid or next in line. Funding contingent on success run by others is a dicey operation at best, not knowing how or when our project will recieve much needed funding for our own operation isn't ideal.

As for the new proposal brought to us, I have not looked into it. I have GSCU which I feel is a top recommendation for mining currently, Cobra similar but some early juice been taking up, my main 2 are already at the races so suggest the boats sailed somewhat, and getting in early is what its all about.

Think ill survive without it Divvyup, can hit 10 pound i have enough investments and enough of Red involved for a lifetime 😉

When investors are arriving at my investments asking advice on MET1 because they are down, the responsibility was lost here by characters unfit to offer advice to fellow members.

So today, on an RNS the cue of Rockets pre opening from the champions costing money sprung my input to action. Balancing rhe view, to some flipping reality.

Can you explain to me 1 reason why I should have bought this stock, I come here for research on its possibility many many moons ago. Ive brought more information on this stock, good, strong and very positive representation of Wyoming, the Company management amd its possibilities.

I was open to the idea of investing, but the longer I stayed, the less appeal it brought. I get some decisions, some im concerned. Direction seems scattered, over reliance on external capital isn't easy on the stomach. The company you acquired today, has a list of similar positions on many companies for excatly same structure yet are at 0.1p and sold 62% of their ownership to fund their venture.

Troajan says 4 million raised, but they are cutting through it like a knife 🔪.

So tell me, what reason should I be sitting at a defecit having done large periods of homework here that no one seems bothered to do?
