For those that have been here long enough will remember the last time HBR left the ftse 100 the share price rallied a lot. The Ftse 100 does hbr no favours. Leaving doesn't bother me at all

UK Gas increased 151.70 GBp/Thm or 88.90% since the beginning of 2022. Think about that.
This mornings price 323p up again.

Everyone is focused on the oil price and thays still very high...gas is surging though, keep eyes on that

HBR production is 49% gas.

Gas up nearly 10% today to 320 a therm. HBR proction is nearly 49%. Is it a cost price of 50p a therm for HBR to break even? I'm not 100% sure on that number? But I know it's low

They haven't been quiet about the hisbuscus payment. It clearly says in the previous RNS it will be paid before year end, its not year end yet. UOG market cap now is very low, now the bad news on production is out the sp more than reflects that. Now its time to build on that starting with the extra production from workovers and moving onto the next drill. If the next drill comes in that's got a good chance of 50% then it's a massive boost for production. Then possibly 6 more drills next year...sentiment can soon change and im sure it will. Jamaica news would be a game-changer, Maria news also...lots of positive points that could change things dramatically. I'm not saying things are perfect right now but this could be a good buying opportunity in my opinion.

I firmly believe a partner will be announced soon regarding Jamaica. Brian has said for some time now that he can't say much as confidentiality agreements are in place. Yes it will take some time before any oil comes out the ground but a partnership could be announced much sooner. Like O2B says its a drop in the ocean investment for a big fish like BP, or even HBR wanting to invest in new areas to reduce there windfall tax exposure.
The next drill spudding soon is huge & its with a high chance of success compared to other exploration drills...the talk of 6 drills next year & even 2 rigs should boost production nicely. Get in early is what I say :))

HBR should pay off its debt ASAP...and at around the same time of March next year when gas prices are sky rocketing they should cut off the gas flows to the UK in protest to the @unts new communist plans.

Nearly half HBR production is gas, many overlook this and only follow the oil price. Gas is mooning and going much higher soon. Amazing news for HBR :))
