it's when a company gives away a % of any asset in return for cash. but keeps a smaller amout of the asset once completed

Looking good for the rest ofthe year 10p is a realistic target with what the company has this year imho.

On the warrants not sure but it gives anyone buying now the chance to get in at a discount before there flushed out completely

And a planned divi next year could see the market cap over 100 mill
