Thanks mate yes that was great but I was asking if there was any reason with his cash pile at RRE over 200 mill and looking to do deals he walked away when cash was waiting.

One minor point or concern is when AAhad a good war chest over 200 mill he walked away from doing any deals and sold the company all did well.

Now he has 30 mill much less to play with but a great stating point non the less is this better as he can pick off and grow again I presume?
