I think the bod have no control over when the final sign off is done but as stated it will be in short while could be tomorrow we can expect anytime now.

Yes I get your point but I think alot of people are holding off until final approvals are signed as neither is 100% certain until then, in final approval news I think we'll have a nice rise then on commencement of flow test will have another nice rise and then steady rise as testing is underway and obviously some taking profits before results, then depending on how good results are we see the big rises / rerate.
