Yes certainly was but then alot were probably forward sold as why we have been seeing all those sells in recent weeks and what was holding the sp back. I think the rest of the placing allocation are firmly held by the be instatuional investors.

So this should move up a fast pace imo.

It was obvious a placing would be coming but most people thought it would be after results when sp was much higher.

I expect lots would of sold on results a buy back when placing done.

Now no rush to sell on results as placing done.

This should bounce back this coming week imo.

That's my biggest beef - I think the discount was to much - up to 10% would have sat better with me. 🤷😮

But they probably been working on the deal for a few weeks when the sp would have been lower.

I would say because placing participants ( institutions) would not be as interested after the sp has shot up on good results from test results, they are wanting in before the big rises begin.

It does not matter how many shares it's about mc.

Its about much £ in total each investor pays for shares not how many shares per £. Does not matter if 100 shares per £1 or a 1000 shares per £1.

Totally agree, they need funds going forward for development etc. If they raise after good result then the sp would be stuck at placing price for longer as result would of already been bought into. This way placing done and all good news takes the sp up as no funding placing to stop the buying.

So although a bit of a kick in the knackers now I think it will be very short term drop.

Soon be back up especially with this volume.
