phone me on Friday - said he was from Talk Talk - told me my details - name a/c no ect - I asked his name - Williams - then he said I had poor internet connection - press windows logo and letter r on keyboard - I knew it was a con from the start and when I challenged him he hung up - I then phoned Talk Talk to asked if they had phoned me and the confirmed that they had not. The guy that phoned me was Indian and it sounded like a call centre - strange thing is that he did sound just like a Talk Talk advisor that I had spoken to before. dh
