Just a little addendum - Mongolian oil processing plant could be years off - so export via petrochina infrastructure - that will be costly for matd - and what if that deal does not happen - then no way of getting any oil to market - thus no revenue - so maybe ending in bankruptcy - hope none of thid happens - but none of us know what lies ahead so sill very risky imo
