G yes if funds run low then obviously a raise will be required - but if can manage to complete some extended flow tests and are good then it obviously may be beneficial to raise then as sp could be higher - but shirley having said that it may well be wiser to get placing out the way asap say at 3.5p then peeps would be more keen to buy now - then steady upward momentum to sp over the winter then comes news further boosting sp

The thing is here is there will be no good (price enhancing) news for a long time - licenses could take months to be received and also funds will be running down over the winter period and so I would fully expect a very large placing to happen between now and the spring - so not much to look forward to here until the at least may / june imo
I think the smart money will start coming back next year until then I think the savvy investors will be making their hard earned work for them elsewhere and come back wealthier - I think the sp here may drift down to low 3 or even 2's as peeps get bored here and get involved a more exciting shares over the winter - anyways should hopefully be a good one here mid next year when things should shirley start happening - so thats the way I see it so good luck to all

Smokey joe I would think that the guy has been working on the deal for a while and now its just a matter of finalising and signing off the deal - hence why he has been awarded indirectly 1% if the company - they would not imo pay him the shares just for trying to achieve a deal imo
