coal - power stations - climate change -( remember Australia on fire ?) are projects like this really going to be allowed to happen or will they be stopped in their tracks by the do - gooders ?? if there is no viable alternative in the area then I guess it will happen ?? I think this is an issue here

no one is gonna put a £100m worth of asset into a company they only have 51% shares - that would mean that they give away £49m of asset to remainder of shareholders - not going to happen like that imo -
