this only went above 40p because of shares held in rms - as you know the shares have been sold and divi paid - as it stands today with what we know this is not worth 20p let alone 40p - stop trying to con peeps. ( imo )

just a quick one on that - if you sell today you will NOT lose divi - so if you do sell you would be quids up if drops tomorrow and buy back cheaper

i cant knock the bod here - not many would have given the shareholders back that kind of divi - and some of the longtermers here were saying that they would just waste it and shareholders would not benefit - how wrong they were - lets hope the same can be repeated with the tests - come on brh !!

regulator are you joking - rms shares have ben sold - we have been paid out - this company is worth £15m circa less now - so why would it rise back up without news ?

look none of our names are the registrar - unless you have actual share certificate - so take no notice about being on the registrar on the 11th - all shares are held by your broker and its down to them to pay the divi out to who ever is entitled - in this case ex divi date is today - so whoever holds shares yesterday at close will be entitled to the divi - even if you sell said shares today . imo . so phone your broker and ask

yes if held on opening or in other words on close yesterday - so if you sell after opening today you will get the divi - you do not have to wait until tomorrow ( 11th )

could well see a drop tomorrow - but who really knows - also if good news lands regarding the 5 minute tests or an other investment then could see a nice rise ??

Well this was trading at circa 10p before got lucky with covid related rise. At 10p brh owned P2F and had shares in RMS - also now there has been a fair bit of dilution from warants.
There is about £3m in the coffers though and could still prosper from 5 minute test if it comes off. Imo

I think so - ex divi is the 10th - so you have to hold at close on the 10th - then obviously you will be a holder on the 11th - so you will be entitled to the dive - even if you sell on open or any time on the 11th - if you buy on the 11th you will not be entitled to the divi as ex divi is the 10 th. Imo
