Brh used rms as a vehicle to turn the p2f asset into cash - I would say t was always their intention to sell their rms shares at a set price that they would be happy with - obviously when the rms sp went up fast and the price was achieved then brh started selling - thsts what they are supposed to do as and investment company - invest and sell at a profit imo
