They are trying to intice buyers by a false rise I'm sorry to say, they did this last week, spiked the sp 15 % and then ended down to 10 % and next day down 8%.

It could be curtains.
I can't see this happening as would be criminal to let go bust for the sake of couple £m.

This bond money will not be of benefit of copl short term financial commitments as they don't actually receive the funds.
They issues said shares and swap the shares for already aquiered debt from BH.
Copl still need cash.

Yes the company does not a actually receive the cash unfortunately, the debt is reduced.
Can't really be a good sign that BH have Converted.
Also they can admit the shares to market from today ( any time in next year).
That's how I read it anyway but only my opinion
