Money in the Bank and BOD still treat shareholders like dirt, personally never heard of such a deal. Can I ask on this deal how CA wanting out by end of 2024 can agree.

Ace 2326 totally agree and Penny and co are shocking at communication but as she previously stated no real concern for the share price in my mind means does not give one iota for the shareholder. All due respect to holders here who try and keep the faith but it is exasperating. How on earth has it taken so long to put more products on the market?

The delay on products, markets and communication with MHC is woeful with Penny dragging the price down to the point of almost arrogance. We pay our money and take the chance but MHC are very trying. Jamrock you are a star in trying to keep the momentum going but a rocket needs to be put under the company. GLAH

I have been invested since the Concepta days. Opinion only but despite sending several emails to MHC they never reply, far from being a ramper of any sort as an investor the silence leaves a very sour taste……..news is very very overdue here and have to agree with Davand that sales are not doing well. I would love to be wrong. The only positive view which is a long shot is that they are in negotiations to sell the company and PIs are last to know. Been in this similar position before when Mariana Resources were taken over by Canadian company Sandstorm Gold……and the vibes are not dissimilar.

Echo all you say Jamrock but this share to me unfortunately and I am invested here is tired. What I really do not like about MHC is the lack of quality of the announcements, the transparency and the regular updates, the Board members are not investing and Penny has obviously p…ed off a few members of staff who have left quickly. All shareholders ask for is honest transparent up to date what is going on together with actually seeing Penny (as I seem to remember said similar to she does not care what the share price is ) telling the world how good MHC is. For somebody who apparently was good at Marketing I fail to see what is going on. Emails never get a reply when the hard questions are asked. Once this hits a certain number I am not wasting my time here any further sadly.

There must be a clear deficiency with some posters on this board who appear to be talking to themselves.
