The real benefit to this technology will be with professional drivers . White man van , lorries , taxi drivers , coach drivers all of which will be monitored by their employers . For domestic users who don't have to account to anyone for their behaviour behind the wheel it will be more of a nuisance to less conscientious drivers . Road users become very selfish when driving and behave in a way that would be unacceptable outside the protection of their vehicle. Will these people take notice of a camera telling them off ? Probably not if they only have to answer to themselves for their behaviour.

This technology is needed in the haulage business. It's something truck drivers will have to get used to . They have long journeys, early start times , disturbed sleep if they sleep in their cabs . Plus if they fall asleep or lose concentration at the wheel they can cause far more damage than a car . It's essential safety equipment for large vehicles including coaches . I don't think it will be that popular with car drivers either . Perhaps that's why car manufacturers are leaving it to the last minute to install the system . It might effect car sales and put people off .

Greatland should re-rate once it's listed in Australia 🇦🇺 They are keen investors in mining and they know a bargain when they see it (unlike in the UK 😃 ) ! Mining accounts for about 10% of Australia's GDP and is the biggest sector in their economy. Prospecting for gold is part of their culture and ingrained in the spirit of Australians 🤑 With the time difference between the UK and Australia that's lots of extra hours of stockmarket trading .

Gold exports from Switzerland to USA are at the highest levels for 13 years . Trump's tariffs and his potential sidelining of Ukraine and all the ramifications from a withdrawal of support should keep the gold price moving upwards . Anyone selling a gold producer now must be short sighted 🙃

Gold is being shifted around from one country to another to try and cover the shortfall ....it's nothing to do with logistic problems .

There is a shortage of real gold to cover paper contracts and that's the main reason I believe. The delays in delivery aren't to do with logistics. This is just an excuse to try to calm market speculation.

China's gold market deals in physical gold and the price is higher than in our Western markets which deals in paper contracts . So China is buying cheaper Western gold on contract and is asking for delivery of the physical gold . But there isn't enough physical gold to honour those contracts ! There lies the problem .

Gold reserves are moving out of the Western economy over to the east and beyond . China is dumping US bonds in favour of gold . Trump realises this and so wants to stop this exodus of gold to the East . It looks like his administration is going to stockpile gold and the US dollar will perhaps return to the gold standard . There's an international , central banks , gold rush happening !
