Bought a few more here as they consolidate. Nice cash stream and profit they can sit on to back up another deal while growing their existing production. Would the next deal double their production? Surely some attractive debt financing available going into the next couple of quarters for a large deal.

This isn’t good. I actually did one of the zoom calls with Alastair back in May/June. He was pretty clear about the projects and came across enthusiastic and very clear explaining the market opportunity and why they were important in a global context and how the company would develop them if they could raise finance, which the last requisition I expect seriously damaged the prospects of at the time, which is why this resignation is not good news.

He told me his background was trading equities/commodities and he’d done quite well during the covid years and had felt the need to join the company to support his investment in this company which he was heavily invested in. He was also the only director who seemed to respond to emails!

Major red flag here, even more than before. Wish it wasn’t suspended.
