They only managed 25,877,295 buyback yesterday, which is very low, would have thought they would have hoovered up a lot more when it hit 50p triggering the sells.

Really, dont have level 2 so im 15 mins behind

Will be interesting to see tonight RNS, if they are starting to pay 50p for their shares.

I think it will drop a little, and they will simply hoover up all the shares, but will be an interesting few weeks.

With only managing to purchase around 30m shares per day this buyback will take months, surely this will bolster the price over coming weeks,

ive not posted for years and have a small £20k in lloyds. Been paying more attention lately.

Dont know much about it all but for me lloyds seems a no brainer, unless im missing something!?

What other share

1. Pays decent divi

2. Is government backed (part owned) so very unlikely to fail

3. Has fantastic profits.

4. Has strong balance sheet

This is a steal with an expected 70p buy out!!!

Ive just bought another 5k of shares nd my friend over 90K and not showing!!!! Holding well in todays market, should breakout tomorrow
