Broker Cannacord Genuity was of a similar view to the company. In a research note issued on Friday morning analyst Simon Davies said that "any legislation introduced in Malaysia would not be implemented much before 2016, when we would expect the exposure to be modest." Davies added, "looks to us like a material over-reaction." Although there is now increased focus on the risks accruing to those firms operating in unregulated markets - Playtech derives roughly 35% of its revenues from mostly unregulated Asian markets - it is a business-to-business (B2B) outfit, with market leading technology and a €440m war chest for acquisitions, the analyst went on to explain. The Canadian broker reiterated its 'buy' recommendation and 840p target price.

Westhouse Securities has reaffirmed its particularly bullish ‘buy’ call on Petra Diamonds (LON:PDL) after the precious stone miner reported record-breaking first-quarter production numbers. The broker added: “While the market has softened following seasonal weakness, the company has retained its price guidance for FY2015, with a firmer market expected over the rest of FY2014. “Petra remains our preferred mining play, combining a strong growth profile with solid operational performance and the potential for a maiden dividend in FY2015.” Analysts have left their target price unchanged at 230 pence a share, implying a significant level of potential upside, given the current share price.

Where do Credit Suisse get a 3000 target from, interesting !

Fair enough MS, that's your opinion. The SP, had some amazing growth over a relatively short period of time and got ahead of itself, therefore there was always gonna be a retrace. There's been no sign of the business model causing an issue, everything is pointing in the right direction, numbers increasing, divi increasing etc, etc. You only have to look at the last RNS to see that. Update next month I think so looking forward to seeing that and Im sure this SP will head up towards that update. I don't know anything about First Utility, and not interested in knowing, I'm invested in TEP and happy with that decision. Still don't know why your on this board if your not investing, although I suppose shorting a stock is kind of a reverse investment!

So, all done and dusted here, shares to be suspended on 21st August with payment expected 5th September. So decided to sell my remaining shares for 2.5p less than the offer, its been emotional, thanks KENTZ and the BOD.

September was the date set, not sure what day without going back through the offer RNS.

Hang in there, its only a few % down where the rest of the market is taking a hammering. FTSE dipping, far to much nervousness around at the moment. It's not a fun place to be LONG.

Well there's your answer mineyspider, results speak for themselves. Suggest you close that short, the SP has dropped significantly & surely will be heading up from here. Decent divi at these levels too, which forever increases!
