And there was me thinking I would have nice day golfing a few beers and a nice afternoon snack to come back and see the market had worked out the real leaders in DMS following the Smart eye report. Never mind, I'll just leave Paul to chuck a few more frogs in the pan whilst the market catches up. Though seriously when you read the actual official release, the table they produce about business won each year is quite revealing and I don't understand why they even added it in there as just shows reduced revenue won when the market is expanding.
HAGD more likely its timing the temperature at which you take control of the Frog pan. Too early and a few frogs are missed. Suspect the big boys are waiting until PM has all the frogs in the pan, which looks to be soon.
Great interview by PM, could reduce it down to, he took over running a company with no clear strategy which continually missed targets. These set if results clearly show that he has done exactly as he stated and no longer do SEE miss targets they actually surpass them. Now when he states the level of business that is coming well yep looks like these massive numbers will be surpassed as well. Great work PM.
This is actually beautiful, massive arc formation forming a cup and handle, false break out over last 3 weeks, breakout on volume above trend line. Aligned with fundamentals. Volume confirmed breakout this week. Just to say it's all perfect and I have a **** load o these. Bring it on.
QCOM have to be close to securing SEE longterm, the more the sector heats up the greater the risk from Intel/Google that they take SEE out, how long do you leave it? They need to wait until SEE have the majority of OEMs locked in through the back door of the T1's (PM - Boiling the frogs strategy) before making a move and spooking the OEMs. They have to be very close to that point, and then Magna try to steal a key element, they won't want to risk this with SEE. The move has to be very soon.
As ever Sandy great post, I try to stay away from the boards these days. The research is done and you don't need anyone showing seeds of doubt, all that matters is whether the story changes from the path the research suggested. Yes the path may get slowed down ie the response to a flue type virus. Or the actions the company takes but that are outside the research and expectations, thankfully these have been to the positive side as being a step ahead of the general research.
And while I am on one, the price disconnect is no different with SEE to many other stocks/commodities. For instance Silver and Gold, both of which are very similar to SEE and very cheap. These are items that are on sale. The thing to do is buy as many as you can whilst they are on sale.
The question is not why everyone is selling as the selling volume is low. Question I would agree with is why is the share price dropping. And there are various reasons for this in my opinion which we have discussed many times. My personal view is that the management know how well they are doing and that cash generation will be significant. They dont need cash to get to this point and dont need to do the usual AIM pump and dump for dilution. Yes it is very frustrating, though this period of time in the SEE investment for me is the most relaxed I have been.
"Everyone has this data, get real", Oh of course, sorry I didn't realise that SEE handed out the videos and data to the competition to aid in their development. Such a nice bunch of people at SEE. Thanks for your input.
Clearly you are clueless to the real value of fleet, initially the feeling was about making a few quid from the licence fees. The real value which SEE had the foresight or luck is the real world data and edge cases for the development of DMS years ahead of the competition. If you cant see this or understand this not sure why you are even invested here.
Terry, no great calculation just basing on mustang and 150 should have a run rate equivalent to 1mil a year, a few from GM. So, 350 to 500 for half a year shouldn't be too difficult, depending on the production ramp up rates, assuming a unit is every Mustang and 150. Probably being overly optimistic.
