Actually bonkers I have said june to dry season for signing documents ...ratification have no idea but if EG go this slow just for a few signatures in parliament to a project that they need so badly ...thank god they like us..imo no one knows how long ratification will take no even harry ..but if anyone has dealt in this kind of project in africa then they will guess only how long it will take...its like playing russian roulette...I've said June to Sept oct ...and the only way that will change is if it gets longer not shorter
