It's simply concern over the speed and unproven nature - is it safe? how long does it last? will a better one come available? if I have it, am I safe against a high virus load? I think you'll be expected to have a valid test with 72 hours to enter a confined premises. Given the varying degrees of protection depending on what vaccine you took, this could be an additional requirement for certain types of setting. Still remains to be seen whether the entire population will get vaccinated or just higher risk.

The very last question from a member of the public (back in the BBC studio following the coronavirus briefing) asked how he could know whether others around him had been vaccinated. Answer from lady at UCL, "you won't" and so you'll need to keep up with precautions. She mentioned early issues with immunity passports.
