Final Results this week (maybe next week on 2020) then we will all know a little more.

I'm not worried about the next raise (if there is one) as I think it would be much smaller, maybe a couple of Mil which when added to any R&D rebate will provide adequate cash for six months. I'd like to see some sales and perhaps some consolidation of R&D/cash burn until we get full uptake of the Genedrive MT-RNR1 kit in the UK but that's just my thoughts.

NHS seeks £7bn extra as Rishi Sunak says health service spending will be prioritised

The 2021 spending review said the budget for the NHS in England would rise from £151.8 billion in 2022-23 to £157.4 billion in 2023-24 and £162.6 billion a year later.

On Tuesday, the Treasury said these figures would not be reduced in the Autumn Statement.

As I see it there is a better than good chance the Genedrive® MT-RNR1 Test will be rolled out across the UK in near future which should provide GDR with a solid financial footing to build upon. There are obviously other markets that one would hope also roll out this product in time further strengthening GDR as a company.
The stroke marker could be of greater value (imo) and NICE approval next year could be the catalyst for NHS uptake and as with the MT-RNR1 Test the potential is there for further expansions.

Success for MT-RNR1 would presumably remove future requirements for funding raises which investors obviously worry about. A strategic investor coming in would be ideal (imo) until we see predictable repeat sales of this product.

The Tuberculosis and drug resistance molecular testing kit in development is interesting given the recent news about new cases rising for the first time in 20 years.

So I feel Genedrive has all the right ingredients to see growth long term massive share price appreciation and a probable buyout but the near term cash burn is the issue unless they have bagged some sales on their current products.

As I see it the NHS deployments of the Genedrive® System for Antibiotic Induced Hearing Loss and with NICE to accelerate evaluation of the Genedrive® MT-RNR1 Test has long term success written all over it.

The NHS appears to be moving forward with it's Genomic Medicine service with NHS chief executive Amanda Pritchard hailed it as the start of a “new era of genomic medicine”.

NICE includes Genedrive CYP2C19-ID Kit in new Diagnostics Assessment Programme. The stroke marker kit should be a very lucrative market which I see as another reason to like GDR's future prospects.

Will have to see how it plays out but I'd expect someone to take a big slice if not the whole cake sooner rather than later

I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a strategic investor come in soon.

Genedrive have a foot in the door with The NHS with MT-RNR1 kit and CYP2C19-ID Kit which point to promising revenues in the future and a recent move to get into the US market provides greater opportunities.

Cash burn has been high mostly due to R&D spend but could presumably be quickly reduced to provide more balance to costs until cash flow increases.

Seems like an ideal time for someone to take a large stake and perhaps help steer Gendrive (imo)

Presumably with several diagnostic devices now on the market we could see an easing off of R&D spend and more focus placed on sales reducing monthly cash burn.
