I've watched it a couple of times already but as you rightly point out Dr Helen Kullman is in it so i'll watch it again ;-)

It's a shame the BOD here don't operate and present as well as the Evgen Pharma BOD.

Interestingly they also carried out an FDA pre-sub about a year ago...

Might be worth a look while we wait for news here (imo)

I had hoped Dr Helen Kuhlman might be in this presentation (I think I have the hots for her ;)

Someone like Abbot Healthcare could pick up Genedrive along with all it's assays for less than they spend on Tea & Coffee for their employees.

NICE & FDA approval will see a significant change in sp regardless of initial sales numbers.

I can see Genedrive being acquired...

There are a few huge Pharma companies out there adding diagnostic solutions that could pick this up just to add the tech to their portfolio.

September 15, 2021 - Roche recently signed a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire 100 percent of the outstanding shares of TIB Molbiol Group to enhance its molecular diagnostic solutions portfolio.

Roger65 seems to think this will happen and the deeper I dig into some of these companies, their FDA applications and even just looking at acquisition news like Roche's move the more I can see Genedrive being acquired.

Any Chance ONT will buy GDR?

Seems like you have the cash/ MCAP to snap up tiddler Genedrive and add their NHS installed Genomics test to your portfolio..

I imagine yesterdays results will have caught the attention of other companies operating in this space.

The potential for the kit is obvious and if NICE approvals are obtained for MT-RNR1 ID (March) Kit and CYP2C19 ID Kit (August) I'm expecting someone to take a keener interest in Genedrive now they know that funding through to successful and profitable deployment is in question.

There are several UK companies that may be sniffing around already, USA and European Geonomics companies may see potential and decide to make a move.

Should be an interesting six months and hopefully a positive one for holders

I needed to let off some steam hence my rants.

I'm still holding and intend to see if NICE have anything of interest in their projected Nov EVA update.

NICE approval at the end of Feb should give the sp a boost which is when I would get a small placing away if alternative funding or grants had not materialised by then.

I suppose new contract news could land at any time and there could be a situation where a competitor takes a large position while the sp is this low.

Who knows 'right' ;-)

Did he not read the results ? They have several products quality currently on the market and managed sales of £50k for the whole year lol

The FDA Pre-Sub could have presumably been submitted in June when the NICE evaluation began and deserves criticism. They could have had that box ticked by September and perhaps had an FDA premarket application filed already.

To suggest investors should not be critical of bad management decisions is bad form at best especially when many hold more stock than the CEO and some investors hold more stock than the entire BOD.

I found Russ's comment that they had energy prices capped while they blow £125k a month on new product development and goodness knows how much of incompetent staff is one of the most ridiculous statements I've ever heard lol

My guess is that if NICE approve MT-RNR1 Genedrive will be acquired with the additional prospect of the CYP2C19 ID Kit approval coming in August.

Perhaps by OXFORD NANOPORE TECHNOLOGIES PLC (ONT) but more likely by someone from Europe or the USA.

LTH14 to be fair I switched off after Dave started mumbling his way through the most uninspiring CC I have ever heard.

Dave is obviously out of his depth and too overpaid to care about the sp and shareholders (imo)

He's got to go asap and someone up to the job needs to come in strip out all the ridiculous costs and get to work building the company.

I would say DB is a just corporate man (snoozy big corp jobs)

This company has no need for a corporate man who does not know how to deliver results and build a company.

Genedrive needs a CEO with friends in high places/ VC's etc (preferably the USA) a better understanding of how to build a business using those friends and a commitment to align their interests with shareholders whilst fully engaging with all investors. (Replying to emails would be a good start)

The products are world beaters, the CEO and probably those around him are not.

I'm still here for the £1 Party but it won't happen unless there is a change at the top (imo)

The SP will head north when DB has left the building, too many mistakes to hang on here imo (probably clearing his desk as I type:)

Almost like Dave was trying to damp down any potential enthusiasm, even pushing back the FDA pre-sub expected results (which should have been submitted a long time ago)

Very strange

There several positives that seem to have been overshadowed by the sales figures (or lack of)

I'm of the opinion that one of those Gold Ladders will come in the form of a VC/ Institutional Investor from the USA where they seem to be way ahead with Genomics most likely when the MT-RNR1 FDA application goes in and catches the attention of that market.

Enough cash to get to important NICE/ FDA milestones but today I'd like to hear more detail regards near term cash burn reduction and product promotion into the USA.
