The website list of institutional investors differs slightly from MSM Investors. Looks like AXA Framlington took some off the table at some point.

Mr J.R Kight's 33.1M are not listed on the MSM Investors list but there are some hefty holdings and a few surprise ones.

Large Mutual Fund and Institutional holdings given EVG is an AIM minnow right now. Perhaps a move into other markets will bring in additional funds/ Instas but will have to wait for BOD to make any moves on that front:

This is how I see things here:

CLP going nowhere
FG & Co conjure up a cunning plan to jump on the Crypto bandwagon/wave
CLP become QBT
QBT say they have employed a mysterious Crpto 'expert' (probably doesn't exist)
QBT set up some brainstorming student bases (which FG now describes as experts lol)
QBT copy Intels 2018 SHA-256 patent and file it maybe with a few changes in the UK (knowing it will either get rejected or won't work, do you hear FG talking about this patent now?)
Share options are then awarded to people with No Names! suggesting they will be rewarded handsomely and investors will also see big returns. (Who are these people? do they exist? is it FG collecting more stock if it pumps?!?!
FG releases some techy RNS's
FG then goes on interviews openly saying they are already TWICE As Fast, they think AI looks like 100 times faster or even 1000 times faster.
FG dangles the Quatum Carrot then backs away from seeing it for a few years (drag out the con)
The Chip story is dead for now and the new thing is 30% faster..
But it's not proven, it's not cost benefit analysed for use but FG is already suggesting it could be installed in each rig (invalidating the expensive mining rig warranty) and QBT could get a percentage of any additional BTC mined

If you still believe that FG and QBT are legit I've got a bridge to sell you

But hey it's your money so do your own DD and call me names if you like but that's how I see QBT

Solid finances with cash runway of at least two years, promising trial results and a couple of deals already on the table subject to a few hurdles etc, I'd say it doesn't get much better than that.

Jambone FG reminds me of a good friend of mine (Portuguese chap) who has absolutely nothing to his name but always gives off the impression he has a lot or may have even more in every carefully worded sentence.

FG could have said 'it's sensitive' knowing that QBT actually don't have anything which is why it's sensitive knowing they do not a bench tested and marketable product.

He's previously stated they have twice as fast already, seen 1000x results using AI and so many lies in previous interviews believing anything FG says is simply a fool's game imo.

But you go ahead and defend his crafted words in the belief that his other interviews were never actually broadcast, that he didn't mislead, misrepresent or outright lie.

QBT may find success but 30% isn't a proven optimisation and imo isn't enough. At what cost to convert each rig if it is proven/ real? Can you see miners putting in unproven kit into say 100,000 rigs?

FG is all smoke and mirrors until he proves otherwise by delivering something other than hopium.

Send him an email, he will most likely reply but you will question whether it was written by a professor or a two year old.

My thinking is that any institutional investors have and will be exiting because they would rather take the hit now that take the risk of the Argo ship going belly up and then writing down those losses. (Argonauts theme)

Obviously just my imo but if i'm right we could see a big drop soon as the last of them exit and then the real gambler/ scavengers come in.

That's when I'll be looking to have a punt....on the hope that BTC rises or an offer is tabled by NYDIG & SI

If you watch this interview from over a year ago it is full of absolute lies from saying they are working on five areas and then listing four (lol) to patent filing coming early next year, already twice as fast and three orders of magnitude faster with AI and mine with their own algorithms as Q1 2022.

I think FG has been pumping his bags (REPO) and I'm surprised he hasn't been called in by the FCA.

I didn't buy into the Burger Van is now a Bitcoin miner story, but I did buy in when the Asic UltraBoost patent was filed and you are quite right in saying that I was rampy at that time. I sold one year later due to a lack of meaningful progress and the possibility that funding may be required (as posted on here at the time, which looks less likely now)

FG pumped this with talk of 'orders of magnitude faster' (his words) and now talks of 30% faster without providing real product testing data because there isn't any.

I'd love to see QBT succeed but until FG does more than talk the share up, I'll sit on the side-lines.

Numbers on a spread sheet are not proof of anything other than numbers on a spread sheet.

If I had developed whatever it is FG claims they have developed, I would have proof of concept in the way of a working model backed up by data and a demonstration.

As you point out Helios would most likely be on someone's shopping list given it's immersion set up but NYDIG have loans secured against some of the infrastructure so how do you think that might play out?

My money would be on NYDIG partnering up with someone else looking to get in, perhaps the SI?

Interesting to consider if Bitcoin doesn't go much higher in the foreseeable.

I keep thinking someone will want to simply buy Argo, renegotiate the debt and maybe shut down operations whilst securing leci deal ready to fire the whole thing up when mining & costs return to a profitable level.

Not without risk but surely this must be being considered by the likes of MARA, RIOT, CLSK or another entity?
