Mawson/MIGI could see a bit of a bounce this week (might not)

Mined 88 BTC in August, not massive but production grew 27% M/M. Approximately $3.88M in Monthly Revenue for August 2023 including Energy Market Program Monthly Revenue of approximately $0.14M.

Friday PM they announced a deal with Hashworks who also announced a new Bitcoin mining Yield Fund. Mawson will host mining rigs which could quickly fill the gap in hosting where Celcius left Mawson.

Obviously not financial advice but Maswon (MIGI) MCAP is sat at $11M ?

I haven't sold any and even added thunking they would get bought by one of the big boys but August numbers and new hosting news could/ should get the sp out of the gutter without any buyout....

this doesn't make easy watching so be prepared to be triggered...

Stalicla deal with Novartis for 270m plus royalty I would have thought added to the Evgen/ Stalicla story...

There could be a case to answer for negligent misrepresentation by Evgen which I believe can be back dated six years......

Hugh might find himself fighting off in investor claims if he doesn't turn this ship around soon.

Stalicla/ Novartis could presumably put an offer in for Evgen if the trial data stacks up...

IMO The SEC looks to have been stalling on a spot Bitcoin ETF decision until after COPA v Craig Wright UK court cases starting January 15th.

Page 24 of BlackRock ETF application says they can choose any fork of Bitcoin for their ETF regardless of spot price or popular choice, Page 48 of their application names Craig Wright and the UK court cases as an uncertainty and risk.

Get some 🍿for Q1 2024 with all spot Bitcoin ETF final decisions due around the same time next year which seems to align with the UK court cases.

COPA and Wrighty are going to bring everything they have to the UK courts in January, how it ends... Who knows but the lack of discussion by the YT BTC channels and BTC media reminds me of MSM....

I'm just sharing what could be very important information, it might come to nothing but there is an obvious risk to BTC that people should be aware of.

Regardless what investors think of Wrighty... imo

I read that CLSKBull, however when the court case ends it matters not what people think, or may have written to credit or discredit Wrighty it will only matter what Judge Mellor decides and if he decides Wrighty is Satoshi with the evidence he has presented with Bitcoin Core could be in big trouble.

I've taken a hefty side bet on what Bitcoin is and who Satoshi is and all I'm doing is putting the risk out there so that others can do some DD and decide for themselves.

Lets be honest how many YT BTC channels are even discussing the court cases and the possible risk to their followers and their investments ?

I'm OCD and having watched weeks of Craig Wright videos I'm pretty sure he's Satoshi.

Informative video put out by MM LABS three days ago and although I think his assumption that BlackRock has accumulated 1.5 M BSV this year is most likely incorrect and the wallet with the most BSV is associated with Calvin Ayre the rest of his presentation holds water imo:
