I think any well informed large investors will wait for the outcome of COPA v Craig Wright court case and potential other court cases in the UK begging January before committing to any BTC bull run...

If I put on my best tin foil hat I am also of the belief this could be the main reason behind the SEC pushing back on spot BTC ETF's..

Of course I could be wrong but it would make sense to wait to see if Wright has claims over the Bitcoin White Paper which could cascade into further use of the Bitcoin 'brand'

Next year is sure to be fascinating (better for me if Wright wipes the floor with the BTC cabal ;)

Munson earning today, the sp has tanked after the placing and then Celsius notice to end hosting in a couple of weeks.

Their rigs are old and lose money when running so they are really an mining infrastructure company with no customers !?!

Not much cash and MCAP so low they cannot raise again... I feel it's now a case of are any of the other miners looking to pick up MIGI at this price... The alternative doesn't look great imo

I do feel that had the share options confetti had exercise prices of say 10p, 20p and 50p that would have provided investors with optimism for future gains and some BOD purchases of course would help but Hugh got slightly angry on that subject in the Q&A (the investor question could have been slightly softer imo ;)

Putting on my rose tinted glasses the idea that Evgens Cancer/Autism product could have been sold for pennies in Holland and Barret perhaps wasn't a good look when presumably Evgen/ Stalicla expect to be able to market the product for a lot more. Juvenesense pulling out could be viewed somewhat of a positive thing long term.

In that Q&A I posted Dr. Jed Fahey who researched Sulforaphane was not fond of the Evgen product suggesting his son in laws product was better although Sulforaphane content is not measurable in that form.

The payment dates issue is disappointing....Regards the AGM Q&A I find it hard to believe the BOD knew what was announced yesterday but obviously the timing does seem strange.

Maybe the BOD can rummage around in their pockets and buy some stock after the Juvenesense news ;-)
