I had the same results searching for Victorian Gold Ltd / Limited but there is a VGL as per the Alba RNS. If the Chineese lady was called Ms Ker Ching Lenigas i'd be more concerned ! Lol

I looked into VGL on Companies House this am half expecting DL's name to pop up but looks like VGL is owned by a Chineese Lady ? Couldn't find anything ref £1m in accounts for VGL or GMOW ?..might have been a different VGL Did Alba know about this £1m loan to GMOW ? Did they become liable for £500k when they purchased 49% of GMOW ? Was this buy out of VGL the only way to move forward as suggested in the RNS ? Alba paid getting on for 3 times as much for this percentage including warrents etc ? Maybe VGL had Alba in a tricky spot that required a gift of a deal to move forward.. Maybe they found the GOLD and my suspicious mind was over thinking the deal.. Who knows .. Still it's done now and with focus on HH, Brockham planning in 15 days and TBS there is plenty on the go..

Another steady day today and it feels like Alba is about to take off... Some big trades on UKOG helped it today and it will only take a few of those here to make up some ground on UKOG MCAP. All Looking Rather Good Here

I have to say that after today's RNS I find myself questioning GF, the BOD and their motives....

Why now ? Why the rush when GF has stated there is a lot of upside here ? Why not wait until HH results are in ?
Did we need share dilution just as we were seeing steady gains ?
Is adding more shares like this just a clever way for the BOD to obtain more Share Warrants and Share Options using the Company's existing Enterprise Management Incentive plan ?!?

Get Oil revenues from HH and Brockham to provide decent cash flow for future work and acquisitions
Get stuck into Gold Mining at Cloggy with relatively little outlay
Target a significant JORC at TBS and then get someone like RIO Tinto to JV or operate under licence

Smart move if they can find the Bonanza Gold
