Im glad your understanding of mediation means you think its a win for ODX - because its factually not. Mediation is where both sides agree an exit strategy, which means Omega could end up paying half of the 2.5m back, the full 2.5m, or best case scenario, nothing.

Your lack, and Dave's lack of business understanding whilst posting your minute by minute spaff on this board is nothing short of embarrassing, and very misleading to those in the same position knowledge wise as you.

Already told you Dave, pure hype, you won't get a single thing from the Government again with any claim against them. Your company gets blacklisted, same has happened with ABDX.

Whilst I appreciate many are trapped, and I do have a heart, and I do wish it was different for you guys (I lost a substantial amount on the way down also) but.. not a single one of you listens to my view on each RNS etc, and so far, you call me a to$$er, deramper, or whatever but what I have said all along, is what's happened with the SP, fact.

If you want to believe and fall for Fakey2/Dave's constant spaff.. then thats your choice but not even to consider a counter argument to their ramps is slightly foolish , especially when not a single thing they have posted (12p within 90 days and so on) has, or will happen.
