Same to you benny, it's an awful feeling being right about share price movement constantly, as I'm sure captain and others know too well but the butt nuggets keep on pumping and it never happens, because they do not understand how the markets work, simple business economics and what a mediation process is about.

Well done for a bit of researching.. maybe a first for you.

However, 'advised' is not 'submitting'. Until a RNS which states they have submitted the claim it remains nothing. I suspect a RNS will come following mediation next year. Either they lose, or pay half back etc.. companies don't accept to enter mediation unless both parties want something of the pie. I suspect they will go halves, and no claim for extra.

Waiting for a factual RNS as always.

Utter tosh. The company has not yet indicated they are even pursuing it so to state they are is very misleading. Fakey is as fakey does.

Let's however say that they are awarded £1m, which is all nice and rosey and covered in unicorn dust and sparkling bits.. look at what £4m did to the share price Fakey, further away then the 12p younwere boasting about when the RNS for it landed.

I agree half was a good figure, everyone is happy then.
