I still cannot fathom why the pumpers think mediation is a good thing.
Why would Jag and possie enter into a mediation if they we're that adamant that they didn't have to pay any of it back. Any professional company would simply stand their ground. Mediation shows weakness as your opening up to negotiation where both parties can battle it out and the government have far more legal power then ODX could ever afford based on their current lack of turnover.
I think, the government will settle on a 50/50 split with ODX, meaning they will have to pay half of the £2.5m back. Pure speculation on my part obviously and zero input from the company as once again share holders are not worthy of any information.
It doesn't matter if they pay half, or the full amount back. Getting £4m into the lifestyle coffers did nothing to the SP but lower it despite major predictions from the pumpers that 12p would happen, and alas ODX will now drift into the 2 pence range without news. Any money given back to the government and the market will not react in a positive way (Dave, mark this post on your calendar for future critique!) and the SP will take a beating once again. Seems to be more nails being driven intentionally by Jag et al into the ODX coffin (Dont get annoyed Dave, its not implying you should be in a box).
I have written to the FCA with my feelings about the company and its management of shareholder information, no doubt will be ignored but if you don't try and all that. All those shares they conveniently sold off at the high point, knowing full well what was afoot.. taking each and every single one of your pants down in the process whilst proclaiming they knew nothing. Why would ALL the directors sell out at that point??
