@tnt the petition needs 100,000 not 10,000 signatures to be 'considered' for a debate in Parliament. The best any of the recent petitions to ban shorting have received is just over 5,000 signatures. Unlikely this will get 10k signatures never mind 100k.

nvh spends his/her time on ADVFN commenting on the posts here. Reckons they are having a villa built in Puerto Banus for £750k. I know the area well and have been in apartments that are twice that price. Maybe they were referring to the deposit...

@mikinaman...same happened with the other 3 petitions early doors enthusiasm then it dries up....10,000 is a lot of signatures...but good luck maybe this one will crack it but i doubt it

that won't be happening...i emailed Chika on the 9th Feb asking if they were considering a 'share price movement' RNs...here is the response;
Thank you for your email and your support as a shareholder. We do discuss with our nominated adviser whether the Company is obliged to make a RNS statement regarding unexplained or significant share price movements on a regular basis. The share price of 48 pence was reached just before Christmas and since then the Company has provided two operational updates.
