there are 18,843,294 second pre ipo warrants with an expiry date of 12 months from admission at 100% premium to issue price. All the others are a mixture of 18,24 and 36 months from admission this is on page 175 of the Hardman doc.

On Admission, the Company will have granted Warrants over 34,151,130 Ordinary Shares and Options over
35,109,020 of the Company.

the issue of the Pouncer Shareholder Warrants, being a number of warrants over 11,111,111 Ordinary

last sentence should read

I have sent 3 emails over the last two weeks asking for some kind of update on the 'advanced' negotiations the latest one this morning. No response as yet so not holding my breath.

I am even later to the party but from what i've read about this company the party hasn't got going yet. I have watched it for a few months and it was shall I or shan't so decided i am in. This is a techy so massive upside if they get it right and so far it looks like they are...a lot more to come.

shorting isn't illegal its just someone taking the opposite view to you....hedge funds etc can work this of course but generally the comments about shorters that appear on almost every BB are nonsense.....check the short tracker https://shorttracker.co.uk/ for any co's you are interested in. Dont get me wrong the city is a cesspit and manipulation can be rife but every time an SP drops maybe its due to market forces i.e more sellers than buyers rather than conspiracy theories which abound on here and every other BB.

complete waste of time...these things struggle to get more than a few thousand signatures...there have been many of them and they never get off the ground and are usually set up by fairly new investors who don't understand the market.
